Sampled DC polarography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010501
A variant of direct current (DC) polarography where the current is measured only for a brief period at the end of the drop life of a dropping mercury electrode. This technique minimizes the contribution of capacitive current, which can obscure the faradaic current. It offers improved sensitivity and detection limits compared to conventional DC polarography.
