Spectroscope
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011163
An optical instrument used for visually observing the spectral components of light. It disperses light into its constituent wavelengths, allowing an observer to see the spectrum directly. Unlike a spectrometer or spectrograph, it does not typically record the spectrum but provides a real-time visual inspection.
