Temperature effect
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011851
The influence of temperature on the efficiency or characteristics of a chemical or physical process, such as luminescence. Changes in temperature can alter reaction rates, molecular conformations, and the probability of non-radiative transitions. For instance, increasing temperature often leads to a decrease in luminescence quantum yield.
