Temperature coefficient
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011850
A quantitative measure describing the change in a physical or chemical property of a substance or system per unit change in temperature. It indicates the sensitivity of a property to temperature variations. For electrical resistance, it is often expressed in units of reciprocal Kelvin (K⁻¹).
