Time-resolved microwave conductivity

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012072

A technique used to measure the transient conductivity of materials following pulsed excitation, typically by light or ionizing radiation. It monitors changes in the microwave absorption of a sample, which are related to the concentration and mobility of charge carriers generated. This method provides information on charge carrier generation, recombination, and transport processes on timescales from nanoseconds to microseconds.
