Triazanes
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012282
Organic compounds containing a three-nitrogen chain (N-N-N) with single bonds between the nitrogen atoms, formally derived from triazane (H2N-NH-NH2). These compounds can be substituted with hydrocarbyl groups on any of the nitrogen atoms. An example is 1,3-dimethyltriazane, where methyl groups replace hydrogen atoms on the terminal nitrogens.
