Equivalent conductance
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-001319
A measure of the conductivity of an electrolyte solution, normalized by the concentration of the dissolved ions. It quantifies the efficiency with which ions in a solution carry an electrical current. In formation evaluation, it relates to the conductivity of formation water, which is influenced by its salinity and temperature.
