Natural gas liquids, which are hydrocarbons that are gaseous at reservoir conditions but condense into liquids when brought to the surface under lower pressure and temperature. These include ethane, propane, butane, and natural gasoline. NGLs are separated from raw natural gas in processing plants and have higher market value than dry natural gas.
