Vaporizing drive

A miscible gas injection process where the injected gas vaporizes components from the crude oil, creating a miscible front that displaces the remaining oil. The injected gas is not initially miscible with the reservoir oil, but becomes so through mass transfer. This process is effective in recovering light to medium crude oils.
