Acetylene black
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000126
A highly conductive form of carbon black produced by the thermal decomposition of acetylene gas. It consists of fine, spherical carbon particles with a high degree of graphitic order and a large surface area. This material is widely used as a conductive additive in batteries, electrodes, and conductive polymers due to its unique morphology and electrical properties.
