Capillary affinity electrophoresis

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001601

A separation technique that combines capillary electrophoresis with affinity interactions to separate biomolecules based on their binding specificities. A ligand is incorporated into the separation buffer or immobilized on the capillary wall, allowing analytes to interact selectively. This method is particularly effective for studying molecular interactions and determining binding constants.
