Capillary electrochromatography

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001604

A separation technique that combines the principles of chromatography and electrophoresis within a narrow-bore capillary. The stationary phase is packed or immobilized inside the capillary, and an electric field drives both the mobile phase and the analytes. This method offers high separation efficiency and is often used for complex mixtures of small molecules.
