Combination electrode
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002265
An electrochemical sensor that integrates both the indicator electrode and the reference electrode into a single physical unit. This design simplifies handling and reduces the potential for measurement errors compared to using separate electrodes. It is commonly used for pH measurements, where a glass electrode and a silver/silver chloride reference electrode are combined.
