Continuous emulsion polymerisation

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012995

An emulsion polymerization process conducted in a continuous reactor, where reactants are continuously fed into the system and product is continuously withdrawn. This contrasts with batch processes, allowing for steady-state operation and potentially higher production rates. Continuous emulsion polymerization is widely used for large-scale production of polymer latices.
