Cyclosilazanes

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002829

Cyclic compounds containing alternating silicon and nitrogen atoms in the ring structure. These inorganic heterocycles are formed by the condensation of silanes and amines, resulting in Si-N bonds within the ring. They are analogous to cyclosiloxanes, which contain silicon and oxygen atoms in their rings.
