Silasesquiazanes
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010859
Polymeric compounds containing silicon, nitrogen, and hydrogen, characterized by a three-dimensional network structure with the empirical formula (RSiN1.5)n or (RSi(NH)1.5)n. These materials are often formed by the condensation of silazanes and can serve as precursors to silicon nitride ceramics. Their structures are complex and highly cross-linked.
