Dispersion polyaddition
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003306
A polymerization process where monomers react via an addition mechanism in a dispersed system, forming polymer particles that remain suspended in the continuous phase. The polymer is insoluble in the dispersion medium, leading to phase separation during growth. This method is used to produce polymers like polyurethanes in a dispersed form.
