Dispersion polymerisation

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003308

A polymerization process conducted in a liquid medium where the monomer is soluble, but the resulting polymer is insoluble. The polymer precipitates from the solution as it forms, creating a stable dispersion of polymer particles. This method often yields particles with a narrow size distribution.
