Double-strand macromolecule
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003419
A macromolecule characterized by two linear sequences of constitutional units that are interconnected at regular intervals along their entire length. This forms a ladder-like structure, where the two strands are covalently bonded to each other. Such macromolecules exhibit increased rigidity and thermal stability compared to single-strand polymers.
