Dusting powder

A finely divided solid preparation intended for external application to the skin, typically for its protective, absorbent, or antiseptic properties. It consists of one or more active pharmaceutical ingredients mixed with a suitable inert base, such as talc or starch. These powders are applied directly to the skin surface to reduce friction or absorb moisture.
