Powder pattern
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009333
A diffraction pattern obtained from a polycrystalline or powdered sample, typically using X-ray diffraction. It consists of a series of concentric rings or diffraction peaks, each corresponding to a specific set of crystallographic planes within the material. This pattern provides information about the crystal structure, phase composition, and lattice parameters of the solid material.
