Glioblastoma

An aggressive and fast-growing type of brain tumor that originates from astrocytes, a type of glial cell. It is the most common and most malignant primary brain tumor in adults. Glioblastoma is characterized by rapid proliferation, diffuse infiltration into surrounding brain tissue, and resistance to conventional therapies.
