Graded effect
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004975
A type of dose-response relationship where the magnitude of the response in an individual increases with increasing dose. This effect is observed when a biological system can exhibit a range of responses, rather than an all-or-nothing outcome. An example is the progressive increase in heart rate with increasing doses of a stimulant.
