Hydrodynamic voltammetry
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005465
An electrochemical technique that combines voltammetry with controlled fluid flow past an electrode surface. The forced convection enhances mass transport of electroactive species to the electrode, leading to higher and more stable currents compared to quiescent solutions. This method is often performed using rotating disk electrodes or flow cells.
