In situ micro-X-ray diffraction
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005742
A technique that performs X-ray diffraction measurements on microscopic regions of a sample while it is undergoing a process or reaction. This allows for real-time observation of structural changes, phase transitions, or crystal growth under controlled environmental conditions. It provides spatially resolved structural information during dynamic events.
