J-resolved spectroscopy
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006290
A two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment that separates chemical shifts from spin-spin coupling constants (J-couplings) into orthogonal frequency axes. This technique provides a projection onto one axis that contains only chemical shift information, simplifying complex spectra. The resulting 2D spectrum typically displays chemical shift along one axis and J-coupling along the other.
