Light
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006580
Electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human eye, typically spanning wavelengths from approximately 400 to 700 nanometers. This narrow portion of the electromagnetic spectrum is responsible for the sensation of color. Light travels at a constant speed in a vacuum, approximately 299,792,458 meters per second.
