Logit
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006754
A mathematical transformation of a probability or proportion, defined as the natural logarithm of the odds. It converts a variable constrained between 0 and 1 into a variable that can range from negative infinity to positive infinity. The logit transformation is commonly used in statistical modeling, particularly in logistic regression for dose-response curves in radioimmunoassays.
