Malignant

Describing a neoplasm or tumor that exhibits properties of invasion and metastasis. Malignant cells grow uncontrollably, can invade adjacent tissues, and are capable of spreading to distant sites in the body to form secondary tumors. Unlike benign tumors, which are localized and non-invasive, malignant tumors are cancerous and pose a serious threat to health.
