Microcontact printing
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007313
A soft lithography technique that uses an elastomeric stamp to transfer a pattern of molecules from the stamp surface to a substrate. The stamp is typically made of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and is inked with a solution of the desired molecules. This method is used to create patterned surfaces with features ranging from nanometers to micrometers.
