Nondepleting antibody
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008016
An antibody that binds to a target cell without causing its destruction or removal from circulation. These antibodies are designed to modulate cell function or block receptor activity rather than eliminate the cell. This contrasts with depleting antibodies, which typically induce cell lysis or phagocytosis.
