Oligomenomenorrhea

A condition of menstrual cycle irregularity characterized by infrequent and light menstruation. It combines the definitions of oligomenorrhea, where menstrual cycles occur at intervals longer than 35 days, and hypomenorrhea, which is abnormally light menstrual flow. This condition can be a symptom of underlying endocrine disorders, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
