Parkinson disease

A progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by motor symptoms such as tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia (slowness of movement), and postural instability. It results from the degeneration of dopamine-producing neurons in the substantia nigra of the brain. The disease also presents with non-motor symptoms like sleep problems and cognitive impairment.
