Perfusion stationary phase
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008634
A type of stationary phase used in liquid chromatography characterized by large pores that allow the mobile phase to flow through the particles, rather than around them. This design reduces mass transfer resistance and enables faster separations with high efficiency. Perfusion stationary phases are particularly effective for the rapid analysis of large biomolecules.
