Raster scan
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009931
A method of generating an image or pattern by systematically scanning a beam, such as an electron beam or laser, across a surface in a series of parallel lines. The beam's intensity or position is modulated to create the desired features. This technique is commonly employed in electron beam lithography and display technologies.
