Thermoptometry
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011985
A thermal analysis technique that measures the optical properties of a substance as a function of temperature. This can include monitoring changes in absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, or refractive index. It is applied to study phase transitions, chemical reactions, and the thermal stability of optical materials.
