Titer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012085
A measure of the concentration of a substance, such as an antibody or antigen, determined by the highest dilution at which a specific reaction is still observable. It is expressed as the reciprocal of the highest dilution factor. For example, a titer of 1:128 means the substance is detectable at a 128-fold dilution.
