Transcutaneous electronic nerve stimulation

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012204

A non-invasive therapeutic technique that uses low-voltage electrical current delivered through electrodes placed on the skin to alleviate pain. The electrical impulses stimulate nerves, which can block pain signals from reaching the brain or trigger the release of endorphins. This method is commonly employed for managing chronic and acute pain conditions.
