Tucker tri-linear analysis

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012345

A chemometric method for decomposing three-way data arrays into a set of trilinear components, representing underlying factors that explain the observed variation. This technique is an extension of principal component analysis to three dimensions, allowing for the simultaneous modeling of samples, variables, and conditions. It provides a core array that describes the relationships between the components from each mode.
