Annubar
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-000127
A type of differential pressure flow sensor used to measure the flow rate of gases, liquids, and steam in pipelines. It consists of a probe inserted into the flow stream with multiple ports to average the impact and static pressures. The flow rate is calculated from the differential pressure across the probe, following principles similar to a Pitot tube.
