Milk emulsion mud

A type of oil-in-water emulsion drilling fluid where a small amount of oil is dispersed in a continuous water phase, giving it a milky appearance. This fluid offers improved lubricity and reduced torque and drag compared to conventional water-based muds. It is often used in directional drilling applications.
