Parts per million
Term · Semiconductors · MLC-T-SEM-000241
A unit of concentration or proportion, representing one part of a substance or quantity per million parts of the whole. In semiconductor manufacturing, PPM is frequently used to quantify the defect rate of components or the concentration of impurities in materials.
