Chain fission yield

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001840

The cumulative yield of all nuclides with a given mass number that are formed directly or indirectly through radioactive decay in a nuclear fission event. This value represents the total probability of forming a specific mass chain. It is typically expressed as a percentage of the total fissions.
