Constant time evolution

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002467

A technique in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy where the duration of a specific period within a pulse sequence is kept fixed, regardless of the chemical shift of the nuclei being observed. This approach simplifies the interpretation of complex spectra by decoupling certain interactions or by focusing on specific types of correlations. It is often used in multidimensional NMR experiments to control the evolution of magnetization.
