Dip-pen nanolithography
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013040
A scanning probe lithography technique that uses an atomic force microscope tip as a "pen" to deliver molecules to a surface, creating patterns with nanoscale precision. The molecules are transferred from the tip to the substrate via a water meniscus. This method can create features as small as 10 nanometers.
