High-pass filter

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005297

An electronic filter that allows signals with frequencies higher than a certain cutoff frequency to pass through, while attenuating signals with frequencies lower than the cutoff. This type of filter is used to remove low-frequency noise or baseline drift from analytical signals. Its performance is characterized by its cutoff frequency and roll-off rate.
