Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-009387

The period of early embryonic development occurring after fertilization but before the embryo fully embeds into the uterine wall. This stage involves rapid cell division and differentiation, forming a blastocyst that is capable of attaching to the endometrium. In humans, this phase typically spans the first 6 to 7 days following fertilization.
