Blade format
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001359
A specific configuration for solid-phase microextraction (SPME) devices where the sorbent material is coated onto a flat, thin blade-like support rather than a fiber. This design offers a larger surface area for extraction, potentially improving extraction efficiency and kinetics. It is often used for direct immersion or headspace sampling.
