Corrected excitation spectrum

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002597

A plot of the luminescence intensity of a sample as a function of the excitation wavelength, where the measured intensity has been adjusted to account for the spectral characteristics of the excitation source and the optical system. This correction removes instrumental artifacts that would otherwise distort the true spectral profile. The corrected spectrum represents the intrinsic excitation properties of the fluorophore.
