Electrode array
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003669
A device comprising multiple, spatially separated working electrodes integrated onto a single substrate, which can be addressed and monitored collectively or individually. These arrays are used for simultaneous detection of multiple analytes or for obtaining spatial information about electrochemical processes. An interdigitated array is a specific geometry where two comb-shaped electrodes are meshed together with a fixed gap distance.
